Instructions

  3. Form Crust: Grease an 8-inch springform pan and firmly press the crust mixture into the bottom to create an even layer. Place the pan in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to set the crust.
  4. Prepare Cheesecake Filling: While the crust chills, beat the softened cream cheese, sour cream, 1 cup sugar, vanilla extract, and pink food coloring in a mixing bowl until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and evenly colored.
