Ingredients

Scale

Dip Base

  • 3 ounce box instant coconut cream Jell-O pudding
  • 2 cups whole milk

Creamy Mixture

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounce container Cool Whip topping, thawed
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes

For Serving

  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, or banana slices

Instructions

  1. Prepare pudding: In a large bowl, combine the coconut cream pudding powder and whole milk. Whisk vigorously for 2 minutes until the mixture becomes very thick. Set aside to allow it to fully thicken.
  2. Make creamy base: In another large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy. Add the thawed Cool Whip and continue mixing until well combined. Gently fold in the sweetened coconut flakes.
  3. Combine mixtures: Slowly fold the thickened pudding mixture into the cream cheese and Cool Whip mixture, mixing until fully incorporated and smooth.
  4. Chill dip: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to allow the dip to thicken and set completely.
  5. Serve: Before serving, sprinkle toasted coconut flakes over the top of the dip. Serve with graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, or banana slices for dipping.

Notes

  • For extra texture, use freshly toasted coconut flakes rather than pre-toasted.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps in the dip.
  • This dip is best served chilled and consumed within 2 days for optimal freshness.
  • Substitute whole milk with almond or coconut milk for a different flavor or to make it lactose-free.
  • Use gluten-free crackers if you need this dip to be gluten-free.
